Probably one of the oldest free webmaster resources on the net, offers a large collection of cgi scripts to the public, from counters to random link generators.

Dynamic Drive- dhtml
A site specializing in some terrific DHTML script. Get mouseovers, cool menus, text trails, scrolltext and more here for your site. 

The Javascript Source- javascript
Choose from a collection of over 1, 000 javascript effects and site utilities at this great site. Inlcudes javascript for mouse trails, browsers, clocks, games, and more.

Java File- javascript
This site not only houses a collection of java applets, but some pretty cool javascript for personal use.
